Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the NexOffice business software (the “Service”) provided by [COMPANY NAME] (the “Provider”). By registering an account you accept these terms.

2. Service

The Service is a cloud-based platform for invoicing, quotes, orders, accounting, inventory and related business functions. The Provider may develop, extend or modify the features of the Service.

3. Registration and account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your access credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in EUR via our payment provider Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded unless required by mandatory law.

7. Availability

The Provider strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily limit availability.

8. Customer obligations

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent security measures, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter and process.

9. Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability for indirect damage and loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

The Provider may amend these terms. Users will be informed of material changes in good time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the applicable law at the Provider’s registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions. The place of jurisdiction is the Provider’s registered seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
